Someone named Dionysus commented on my piece on Bobi Tiglao:
what I am so enraged is that you found courage to tell on Tiglao only NOW. Before, you were afraid to do so because he was in power and “may pinagsamahan kayo.” Shame on you.
No, Dionysus.
Not at all.
Last year, I wrote about how Ambassador Tiglao had refused to update the Philippine Embassy website in Athens to show we had a presidential election and PNoy was elected the new President.
And yet he wanted PNoy to retain him as the ambassador to Athens.
Kapalmoks talaga.
Unfortunately, my website went down because it was hacked.
Today I have painstakingly rebuilt the story which I had posted last year.
Here it is. Just click on the link below:
Here is his reaction to my post on his embassy website:
Ambassador to Greece Rigoberto Tiglao has e-mailed me a nasty reply

shame on the press/media for being part of the corruption/establishment and doing nothing.
gossip for the girls, not journalism and certainly not patriotism.

You know you sound strange and you don’t make sense. Are you taking Haldol?
Alan says
Not quite sure: are you defending the author? attacking the author? showing inebriation?
Bart Molina says
One sure thing; he and his family must have a great appetite for dirty money. I can not just assume, that’s why I said “sure thing”. Logic would dictate that he has no delicadeza at all (which all doubts he had just proven in his very own PDI column). And did I get it correctly if I diplomatically state that categorizing him as human may be a disgrace to the universe?

So what are the doubters still have to say?
Norman Sison says
Mr. Dionysus — assuming you actually exist — I have read Raissa’s post about the Athens embassy. I also saw the Web site. Next time, be sure first before you yak.
Also, you have no idea that Raissa is not only a journalist but also a patriot dedicated to the freedom of this country. She is also in what is considered to be one of the most dangerous occupations in this country. So, show respect.
The fact that you don’t use your real name shows you have less balls than Raissa does. If you were a man, she’d be worried.
Evangeline Eriksson says
Well said Norman!
Rallie F. Cruz says
I believe Mr. Dionysus is a fictitious name and if ever he is real, he is merely a shadow of the man he is working for.
So, Raissa, just give less attention to him.
Loyalty Filipino style is seldom about the principle of what is true and just but merely about blind relationship either by blood or merely for who is feeding the hands or buttering the lips.

Raissa, I read your blog on these ambassadors. Tell you honestly, I ceased reading Tiglao when he became as he still is an apologist of the past regime and its leader. Well, what was said about those to be punished, they’d be made mad first, right?
Ultimately, it is integrity that makes character. And this one only does character assassination.
Gull says
So, why is he still a columnist at the prestigious PDI / Inquirer.net ? freedom to spread false information?
Bart Molina says
PDI needs to stir the minds of their readers. It’s purely business. If PDI would only go by their principles, then their paper would look like a Harry Potter stuff; only the solid fanatics will read.
Just my 2-cents worth…

We believe you,Raissa.
