On my way to Cebu, former Foreign Secretary Alberto Romulo spotted me at the airport terminal and nodded me over.
The first thing he asked me was – were you the one who wrote about Binay’s kitchen?
Intrigued, I said yes.
And he said, “I can’t afford that kind of kitchen.”
He said other things but I’m not allowed to print them.
And so I did the next best thing. We had a selfie.
Meanwhile, I’m off to Cebu to lecture in Sunstar’s Press Freedom forum.

Can the gov’t put a price on G. Limlingan’s head for informations leading to his arrest for continually dodging the Blue Ribbon Sub Committee hearings?

The Senate can subpoena him follow that up with arrest, the way it did with Mayor Junjun Binay
Juno says
If I am not mistaken, they can’t find him to serve the subpoena so if he has a bounty on his head then G. Limlingan’s life would be miserable (if he is still alive) knowing that he is a wanted person. But anyway, is it allowed by law to put a bounty on his head if they can’t find his whereabouts .
