Salamat Noel Cabangon.

to have a fair and objective opinion on Mindanao and the BBL, we have to look at our history, at the supposed “jabidah massacre”, how the MNLF used this and the “turf war” between MNLF, MILF and other political factions that have contributed to the unstable condition in Mindanao. Government has poured so much in MIndanao and allowed indigenous people to assume leadership, yet the national government is blamed for the continuing abject conditions of many communities in the southern regions. If politics is removed, the raw conditions will reveal the turf wars and selfish leadership that have contributed to the present conditions of Mindanao.

Expired na yata ang margarine ni Janette. In the Philippine News issue of July 30, 2015, the headlines scream ” Are DOH Deworming Medicine Issued to Public Schools Expired?”

“More than 1000 students were rushed to Dipolog City for various reason after taking the alleged “expired” medicine given by the DOH during a nationwide deworming activity on July 29, 2015.

“An angry parent showed the package of the alleged “expired” medicine marked “Exp. Date: Dec ’12 “, or three years past its shelf life.” Sec. Garin denied the “expired” allegation.

ang alam ko the tablets were given to kids in a small plastic beaker, not in their original containers or package. tablets were counted, done to stop the kids from overdosing themselves like taking more tablets than necessary. deworming was done in classrooms under controlled environment, overseen by teachers. sa t.v. footage, I did not see parents in attendance, so where did the parent got the package? sure it was not taken from bio-hazard rubbish bins where all expired drugs are thrown for safe disposal later? med packages have batch numbers, they should be easy to trace. to be fair, philippines news ought to publish a picture of said package showing the batch number and expiry date. there should also be label said, for government use only, not for resale.

garin maybe many things, but I doubt if she is idiot as giving expired meds to kids.

In his lonesome, Binay declared the Administration or essentially the Office of the President as “palpak” and “manhid” but 67 senior business executives of the Makati Business Club shows otherwise.

“With all due respect, 67 wealthy businessmen in Makati cannot represent the sentiment of our people nationwide. They cannot be expected to give a true and objective assessment of the performance of all government agencies, most especially the OVP,” — Binay’s Camp said.

Sentiment of one Binay working hard to be elected 2016 President vs the sentiment of 67 Senior Business Executives who are not running for national office. Who does one believe? My arithmetic teacher tells me 67 is more, in fact, much more than 1.

    The table in this report,

    http://www.rappler.com/business/211-governance/102488-bsp-tops-makati-business-club-survey

    shows

    Office of the President
Satisfied 64.5 Not Satisfied 35.5 Net Rating 29.0

    Office of the Vice President
Satisfied 11.9 Not Satisfied 88.1 Net Rating -76.3

    NOW WHICH OFFICE is “palpak”?

I suggest Binay and his mouthpieces go back and review their arithmetic lessons.

Many moons ago, the wooden binay ship “MV Makati” was once a sturdy high-masted boat that criss-crossed the four corners of the PHL archipelago and was widely admired and highly-rated – but lately, it has floundered even in calm seas due to defective rudder that controls the steering that many attributed to the flamboyant captain’s failure to fix his big personal cabin full of decaying trash that flows through the rudder mechanism.

The ship is no longer sea-worthy and may even sink in the murky waters of Pasig River near Malacanang and the crew, some or all, may abandon ship while the captain, by tradition, must sink with his ship, like the German captain of Hitler’s newest and most powerful battleship in WW2, the Bismarck

It’s an open secret in the business sector of Makati that most businessmen don’t hold the Binays in high esteem. Not even the Chongs ang Limlingans, otherwise they wouldn’t collude with them.
Binay spokesperson tries to downplay the rating, forgetting that these people are the primary source of makati’s income.

‘Ombudsman wants suit filed by VP Binay junked

The Ombudsman is right. What makes VP Binay Camp’s complaint utterly a frivolous and even malicious ‘a complaint,’ is that Binay included as respondents/defendants –

. . . *are Senators Antonio Trillanes IV and Alan Peter Cayetano, Caloocan Rep. Edgar Erice, former Makati Vice-Mayor Ernesto Mercado, former Makati official Mario Hechanova, former Makati barangay official Renato Bondal, Nicolas Enciso, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Amando Tetangco Jr, Insurance Commissioner Emmanuel Dooc, Securities and Exchange Commission chief Teresita J. Herbosa, AMLC officer Julia Abad, Ombudsman Morales, and the Philippine Daily Inquirer.*

public officials: **Senators Trillanes, P. Cayetano, Rep. Erice, Bangko Sentral Tetangco, Jr., Insurance Com. Dooc and SEC Com. Herbosa**

Private persons/parties: **Phil. Daily Inquirer, Ernesto Mercado, Mario Hechanova, Renato Bondal, Nicolas Enciso**

A civil complaint for Damages. Re: alleged ‘a mounting smear campaign’ against Binay. A mountain of it.

Included in the complaint also ‘ also questioned the jurisdiction of the Ombudsman to investigate the allegations, saying the office of the Ombudsman cannot investigate impeachable officials,’ as a cause of action.

In short, the complaint is about persecution against VP Binay. Thus private person who are witnesses like Mercado, Bondal,Enciso and Hechanova in the Senate Hearing are included. Why Senators Pimentel and Guingona, Chairman SBR committee, are excluded is a mystery.

It is not an ombibus complaint rolled into one. It is an onionibus complaint. Binay is an onion complainant. Cover your eyes when peeling an onion. It makes one cry.

A 200 million peso-onion-peelings. The second highest executive public official of the Republic. What’s the problem? Cannot take it anymore?

The imagination projected is – Once Binay is President, he surely will not want any proceedings in the Lower House to impeach him. More so in the Senate to try him. A hint what Binay wants.

Binay’s cause of action. Action for a cause. A cause of Binay. What is the cause of this Binay’s action? Corruption of the onion. he he he

As I believe it, frivolous yun complaint for damages vs Omb. Morales. Just to get back at her. Something like ‘Stop investigating me! ‘

So, Binay ‘objects’ that Ombuds lawyers are appearing for Omb. Morales who should get her own private lawyers to appear. That’s money to spend! A form of flimsy way getting back at her.

I hope in the end Binay gets an award of P1.00 damage in the judgment.

Philippines now in the racing in political elections for 2016!

It’s like Horse racing! Jockey riders and their best race horses. And the huge crowd of bettors at that.

Can we compare the coming elections to Horse racing? Kinds of horse racing:

    1. Flat racing – where horses gallop directly between two points around a straight or oval track.

    2. Jump racing or Jumps racing, also known as Steeplechasing or in the UK and Ireland National Hunt racing, where horses race over obstacles.

    3. Harness racing, where horses trot or pace while pulling a driver in a sulky.

    4. Endurance racing – where horses travel across country over extreme distances, generally ranging from 25 to 100 miles (40 to 161 km).

Jockeys: Mar Roxas for LP horse. VP Binay for UNA horse. Possible Grace Poe for Independent or ? horse. What KIND of horse racing do we have then? Maybe ALL of the ABOVE all rolled ONE – ‘Who-Racing Into Beyond

Some strong HINTS: Sen. Jockey-Poe will race – because she believes she is, by the surveys – a leading pres’l racer (voter preference). Brian one of Poe’s children says – “It affects her decision in the sense that, this is just a taste of what’s to come if ever there is a bigger campaign in the future.” (abs-cbnnews)

The Poe Family is willing for Mommy to race and would ‘fully support’ if she runs for president. Family concern first. She will race and run for President.

Mar Roxas banking Sen. Poe will decide for VP, is a LOW HINT of a chance. Looks like the NPC Danding C. already into that belief to bet for Jockey Poe. Poe and Chiz were at his place to thresh out the belief into concrete details – how it will be done.

The Poe Family is banking Mom will win. Brian said – “It’s really a destiny, and it’s an opportunity given to you if you’re really chosen by the people.”

The HINT to race is there in those words of the SON Brian. A destiny. An opportunity. The Family will support. Everbody in the Family is Go-Okay! If this is not so, Sen. Poe has an initial problem. But it is not so.

Mommy, you will win and be the President. Good luck (what I can say) Jockey Poe!

Will this be only THREE Jockeys racing? Maybe, so far. Do any of them have some problems racing?

Only Jockey Mar Roxas has none of it. Jockey Binay has. Jockey Poe citizenship and residency.

The THREE have one common problem: Voters preference. Make the bets.

Mar Roxas will win. Leni Robredo will win.
