When the Student Edition is launched at the Philippine PEN (Poets & Playwrights, Essayists, Novelists) meet

MARTIAL LAW Never Again bookThe Student Edition of my book, Marcos Martial Law: Never Again is now out and can be bought at La Solidaridad in Padre Faura, Manila and, starting Monday, at the University of the Philippines Third World Studies Center. This is at the basement of Palma Hall (just ask the guard for directions).

The Introductory Price is only P300, more or less equivalent to a fastfood meal for two or a pre-paid mobile load. The Collector’s Edition is still available but you have to hurry because it’s not going to last.

Here is the Philippine Daily Inquirer notice about the launch of the Student Edition. I will try to be there much earlier.

Tomorrow, I will be a discussant during the last part of the historic Forum on Martial Law in UP Diliman on the topic, Moving Forward, What Lies Ahead.

The Forum is UP’s answer to Senator Bongbong Marcos’ challenge to historians to write the true history of Martial Law. The Third World Studies Center  plans to make available online the various presentations.

I was gratified to see a lot of young people listening to the papers of the various presenters. They seem to be hungry for news about Martial Law. I was told that the 50 copies that I brought of the Student Edition were “sold out”, with more listing to buy copies.

♦  ♦  ♦

There is a meme of me going around on Facebook that I am the daughter of Communist Party of the Philippines founding Chair Joma Sison. I have ignored it but then realized that if I did not answer it, it would stick like the big lie.

Well, if you want to know the truth, buy my book. Former Senator Rene Saguisag mentions my dad in the Foreword. Or ask Prof. Harry Roque or Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, who told me that she had bought the SCRA (Supreme Court Rulings and Annotations) from my dad. My dad was proud to have the distinction of being the “terror professor” in the UP College of Law.

I would guess that the tarring with the red brush is being made by Marcos trolloyalists.

I have never believed in surveys, and to many of us who dont believe in surveys – ayan! may evidensya na. fake ang surveys ng sws! at hawak na yan ng mga tauhan ni duterte. dirtydu is talagang dirtydu.

SUCCESS OF DUTERTE’s ONE PROMISE AS PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

Last Friday, Duterte spoke before Makati Business Clun and MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OF Philippines Members. A highly anticipated event attended by top businessmen from Fernando ZobelAyala, MVP to Del Rosario. They were eager to listen to the economic plan of Duterte( read Randy David column yesterday on PDI)

Duterte was wearing faded dungarees( new formal attire for state dinners)while his audience were in their best business attired required of professionals.

Instead of putting out sheets of papers, Duterte pulled out a couple of pieces of stick notes from his back pockets( like old school days) and started mesmerizing his audience with his tall tales of womanizing and killing strategy of criminal for a peaceful and safe Philippines. He ended his speech by saying “Kung sa babae, sa totoo ba sa atin lalake ang walang babae(double entendre). His aides started to pass around copies of the BLUE PRINT OF DUTERTE HOW TO TACKLE THE ECONOMY TO MAKE HIS ONE CAMPAIGN AGENDA SUCCESSFUL

Audience left with wide mouth open, not for laughing but wondering if time was well spent for listening to tales is better than staying at home watching Eddie Fernandez old movies with same message of killing spree.

BLUEPRINT OF DUTERTE TO FULFILL HIS ONEPROMISE OF KILLING SPREE

Alienate powerful nations by insulting and severing ties with them starting with US, Australia,Singaore, Mexico. Germany, Saudi Arabis——- Cointries will be pissed off and many foreign investors will stop investing in the Philippines—– countries will stop hiring Filipino OFW——-OFW will return to the Philippines ending skilled workers drain in the Philippines———lack of investors and returning OFW will increase unemployment—— many more Filipinofamilies will starve and impoverished—–Crimes all over the country will maximize——- Duterte will unleash his killing machine as promised in this election—- Success of DUTERTE agenda thru economic means!

His supporters upon reading the blueprint started putting out this Facebook messages:

His Economic Solution makes sense how to kill many criminals, Hooray!

    He he he

MVP called ZobelAyala and asked: did you read the handwritten note of DUTERTE TO his killers in his BLUEPRINT. Go get your paper and read it

Handwritten note of DUTERTE to his killers:
spare the women, I’m the president I rape first. hi hi hi

pakidagdag lang po: note ni duterte to sellers who are trying to sell him as preferred candidate: you wont get your commission if you stuff up! so listen well and listen good, go out there and sell me to the whole nation, use spare tire leni robredo as crutch. you want your commission? then go and sell and telemarket me, ensure people buy my bullshit!
