Talk to the hand: Do President Duterte and the self-confessed assassin Edgar Matobato sport the same hand tattoo?

By Raïssa Robles

A reader of the blog called our attention today to a tiny mark on the left hand of the self-confessed hired gun, Edgar Matobato.

It looks identical to the tattoo that President Rodrigo Duterte has on his right hand.

Duterte’s tattoo, presidential peace adviser Jesus Dureza told me last month,  indicated membership in the Guardians Brotherhood, a group that during Cory Aquino’s presidency staged coups to restore the dictator Ferdinand Marcos to power..

See my story on Duterte’s tattoo:

President Duterte, who jokes about military coups, is a member of a military-civilian group that once staged coups to reinstate Marcos

Maybe somebody can ask Matobato about the mark on his hand.

Below are photos that I blew up of Duterte’s right hand and Matobato’s left hand.

Here is the President’s tattoo:

duterte-tattoo-same-as-matobato

And here is the assassin’s tattoo:

What does this mean?

Matobato is a genuine person and a valid member of the DDS. He will be silenced by Bato forever to lessen the damage against the president. We will not hear anything from him again, end of he story.

To elect Duterte as president is big joke. Having a president who swore and continue swearing like an ordinary man on the street again is never heard of before. But that’s the way it is. Either you like or despise him as he is just an ordinary man who by stroke of chance become president for 6 agonizing years and will remain so. His state of mind is still that of mayor of Davao and not as president and I doubt if he will change or adjust to his new role as mentally he does not have the savvy and honor to be president of the country maybe president of Davao only.

Vital signs of the moral fibre?
Is the moral fibre clinically dead in all police staff in the country? Probably not in all but their moral fibre is getting severely stretched to a point of intense pain.
Not every one of them wants to be a supporter or enabler of this one way horror journey into an inhumane, cruel dictatorship. It remains an open secret for all observers who have their brains together that these killings are everything but “legitimate”. Even BBC could easily arrange interviews with assassins in Manila early on, while the police are still unable to find any of the so called unidentified hitmen till now and the senate is desperately trying to demolish the witness. (Of course they won´t find them if it´s their boss who hired the killers) http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-37192673
These are cowardly executions either conducted by the cops directly or outsourced to well- paid freelancers and denied by the administration at the same time. Codename “D.A.V.A.O” Deadly Assaults Versus Addicts Operation
The so called buy bust operations and shootouts are the camouflage stories. But there are two groups in the country who KNOW EXCACTLY what is going on: Those cops who are directly involved in the so called “legitimate” killings and the freelancers carrying out the rest. (remember “I can´t kill them all…” )

How do these people feel? Especially the cops who can still remember the moral codes they have been sworn to. Despite peer pressure, luring awarding schemes and massive threats the basic human moral instinct is still alive in many individuals of the PNP and even in the freelancers.
It would be high time for more Matobatos and PNP staff to surface and to relief their remorse not only for the sake of their own Karma but for the sake of the country´s last minute rescue.
There is one major technical problem in their way: They have NOBODY to talk to at least no one they can trust.
May I suggest a Jujitsu move? Jujitsu is the defensive martial art of the seemingly weak and overpowered. It is the art of turning the force of the enemy around and against the aggressor:
Why not use the private phone number of D5 that was made public in order to intimidate her and turn it into the lifeline of the moral fibre. Everyone knows that number by now, just get someone to weed out the 99percent crap messages. Publicly disclose this number again and actively invite all cops who cannot sleep at night to come out with the truth….NOW

I agree with that there may be more people out there who would like to unburden their conscience and should be provided a means to do so safely.

Your idea is good and I hope you can share it with more people in other social network medium such as twitter etc. and I hope people heed you.

If the police have Oplan Tokhang, the people can launch Oplan Tokhang Konsyensya with the slogan “The truth shall set you free.” (and it is the lie that will bury you)

        Cognitive dissonance in numbers:
71% think it is very important to keep suspects alive while at the same time 54% are very satisfied with the current campaign with its core strategy being “kill them”. The government officials take it as an approval of their killing schemes while in fact only 2% find it “not important at all” to keep the suspects alive.
A big deal of rationalizing is going on here and it can only last for as long as those who know the reality are kept silent (police, free lancers, witnesses).

I don’t have the link either, but I know it’s bound to happen because of Do30’s big filthy mouth.

Why? because Ms. Universe is now owned by big time Jewish moguls, Ari Emmanuel , and the names Rosen and Geffen running the business now bought from Trump in 2015.
And with all this negativity from an unstable PH ECONOMIC AND TOURISM due to KILLINGS and rudeness they aren’t crazy to put it in jeopardy and taint their BRAND NAME INVESTMENT with all this filth being broadcast in the country by no other than it’s own president.

I think the packing tape or the masking tape is best used over Do30 mouth so everyone is safer.

Senator De Lima is indestructible because the truth is on her side. Her enemies have tried even the vilest and foulest means but she remains unbowed, her dignity and grace intact. There is no need to return the insult you heap her because her endurance is enough reproach to her enemies and that includes you.

But if you are the type who insists on believing in fiction, then there is no point reasoning with you because you are either mentally or morally wanting. Like a rat, you can only operate in the sewers and in the dark with your fellow rats.

You are not after the truth and for what is good for our country. You are only after gratifying your perverse delight in mob persecution. This is a trait not surprising to be found too in the addicts and low lifes being liquidated by your idol hero. Do you really want them dead? 1st witness testifies delima got millions from drug lord

Rodolfo Magleo, a former police inspector convicted of kidnapping in 2001, testified before the House of Representatives on Tuesday that Sen delima was paid millions to give preferential treatment to drug dealer Jaybee Sebastian. He said he met delima and her driver ronnie dayan in mid 2012.

Magleo, who heads the gang group Kalasag, said delima met with him and three other inmates and asked for their numbers. Delima also gave her number.

Magleo said they were tasked to raise funds for delima by selling drugs. Magleo said dayan would then coordinate with the inmates and ask them for their weekly due of P50,000

But the inmates failed to reach the quota, while jaybee sebastian was able to reach his P100,000 quota for dayan.

Magleo said sebastian and delima were close. He said delima visited sebastian in the latter’s “kubol” and spent two to three hours there. “Siya ay ininvite si delima sa bungalow.. Papasok si delima sa kubol ni sebastian na dalawa lang sila at aabutin ng two to three hours sa kubol niya.” Magleo said.

“Pag-alis ni delima, sasabihin ni jaybee, nakita ninyo gaano ako kalakas kay sec delima.: Magleo said of sebastian.

Magleo said he once had a drinking spree with sebastian who boasted that he paid P10 million to delima for the pull-out of the so called “Bilibid 19”. Another convict, herbert colangco, also paid P2 to P3 million a month to delima to hold concert in the maximum security compound, Magleo said. x-x-x-

The report claimed that Duterte had the “inability for loyalty and commitment, gross indifference to others’ needs and feelings, heightened by a lack of capacity for remorse and guilt.”

The report also described Duterte as “a highly impulsive individual who has difficulty controlling his urges and emotions. He is unable to reflect on the consequences of his actions.”

          https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMGuXNWsAFI

I have also provided links with video time stamped in my previous comments found in Raïssa’s previous articles. Some of the NBP witnesses during House of Cons’ Committee on Justice hearings implicated these two as also receiving bribes, according to some participating witnesses’ testimonies.

It is highly possible in the realm of probabilities that there are people in the DOJ, NBP and/or NBI who received drug monies from drug lords or chieftains incarcerated in the NBP, or outside middle men. These witnesses (except for one) presented are, BTW, not jailed because of drug criminal charges. Such kidnap for ransom, car napping, robbery, etc.

During her term, Sen D5 may not have known who are or haved received drug monies in her big department. Hence, she may have been innocent in the grand scheme of graft & corruptions in the lower echelon of her then DOJ hierarchy. Senior officials and/or operatives who have been found out upon discovery where offered a way out or induced with no criminal charges in exchange of implicating their then DOJ Sec D5 of taking bribes from inmates (drug or protection monies).

Part of their ‘evil’ agenda was to make a copy-cat D5, a corrupt & adulterous D5 phantom in the sphere of public opinion (propaganda). Repeat a lie x number of times, it becomes the truth.

@Kalahari, check some past comment exchanges I had with @Parekoy when I sought his ‘grapevine’ sources with highlights that there is a yellow official higher than D5 who ‘benefited’ from these drug money bribes.

          I

FYI, that reply to @Parekoy was a ‘devil’s advocate’ approach.

Salvador Panelo, Topacio, Mocha Uson, Sandra Cam, Francisco Tolentino…

the list will be long but let us learn something from the Jews – they just do not forget, but they make sure that they get justice.

I have an earlier post in reaction to Canadadry but which went “under moderation” then disappeared. Hope Canadadry gets it and post it here.

Duterte may not be Hitler, but he is the Mugabe of Mindanao, and the three of them have one thing in common – killing.
Attain power from killing, keep power by killing, and want power for killing, all under the pretext of ‘the common good’ and a better tomorrow! All 3rd class humans but 1st class psychos.

Mugabe is called black africa’s hitler, and his comrade in arms duterte is becoming brown asia’s hitler.
The power of the bullet to destroy, instead of the use of the brain to create.
The use of swearing to arouse anger and negativity instead of ideas to inspire and motivate.
Evil only wants to divide and conquer.

“Death is the solution to all problems. No man – no problem.” Joseph Stalin

And duterte is going round lecturing the police on how to circumvent/use the law and claim self-defence. ‘shoot first – plant evidence afterwards’ has become the modus operandi and one step away from a police state.

“Dictators must have enemies. They must have internal enemies to justify their secret police and external enemies to justify their military forces”

Aguirre said .. Do Dirty’s 3rd narco list might be release this week
But so funny he is not sure if the list would be credible hahaha
    sabi niya kasi “hopefully”

If it is prepared by Aguirre, for sure it is not credible. I think the drug matrix was prepared by him and he implicate those Pangasinan boys to make his and his boss claim that D5 is doing illegal drugs

Pero nagalit si Manong Tobaco … I wonder sino naman nasa list nila ngayon?

    hehehe
