President Rodrigo Duterte said today he doesn’t need another Davao Death Squad or DDS because anyway, he already has the Philippine National Police.

Below is an excerpt of  his interview today.

Notice that he did not deny what retired Senior Police Officer 3 Arturo Lascañas said in the Senate hearing.

Let’s all wait for the Department of Interpretation and Clarification to step in and smooth over the President’s words once again.

UPDATE: @Khaikee suggests the new department be renamed – the Department of Interpretation, Clarification and Knowledge or DICK, for short. What do you think, mga hindi ka-DDS?

Meanwhile, you gotta read this:

Q: Sir, you mentioned the DDS earlier, so sir in your knowledge of it, sino ‘yung creator ng DDS?

PRESIDENT DUTERTE: You should ask Jun Ledesma. He’s a journalist in Davao. He would give you the history of ‘yung… well… Ayaw ko ‘yung to sound apologetic. You just ask him. He’s a kolumnista sa Sun Star Davao. He would give the right person because he was part of it actually.

Q: Sir, sabi ni Lascañas that you were the one who created the DDS?

PRESIDENT DUTERTE: I need not do that. Hindi na kailangan. I did not create an air force, I have an Air Force. I will not create a DDS, may police department ako.

Q: Sir, si Lascañas ang sabi nagbigay daw kayo para sa [ano ‘yun?] pang-dialysis, pang kidney transplant?

PRESIDENT DUTERTE: I don’t know, I don’t know. But we have a Lingap sa Mahirap sa Davao.

    PACQUIAO-AMIR KHAN BOXING BOUT CANCELLED!

Bad news for Pacquiao whose legal bills is mounting on the on-going Pacquiao-Mayweather class action lawsuit.

Amir Khan spelled backward sounds karma for Pacquiao.

    And it’s only the beginning.

The passage of the death penalty is nothing but a blatant attempt of the Duterte administration to sanitize the widespread extra-judicial killings.

It should be noted that the newly passed death penalty law applies only to drug-related crimes, and does not include any of the other heinous crimes like murder, rape, kidnapping, plunder and the likes.

Now Duterte can effectively suppress the strong opposition to the EJK by pointing out that drug criminals will be sentenced to death anyway so there would be nothing wrong to short-circuiting the criminal justice system.

at one stage, I really think the object of the death penalty is de lima. with her trumped up drug charges, she would be made 1st to taste the death penalty. but citizens of our country will save her. god will save her. we will save her.

A source who has had first hand contact with De Lima told me that a simple lifestyle on her will disprove that she has any involvement, directly or indirectly, with any kind of drug dealing.

The drug charges against her is nothing but political payback for her persistent investigations into allegations of EJK and criticisms of Duterte .

her support to bduts is glaring.
          her acquittal and de5’s arrest.

I’ve been reading your blog religiously for so many years already but it is only now that I am coming out so I can vent my anger over how our murderous and savage president, together with his minions, is running our government.

As a namer and brander, I like your suggestion. Allow me to add that whoever is appointed as head of the DICK must be call SICK which is the acronym of Secretary of Interpretation, Clarification and Knowledge. The word KNOWLEDGE can be changed to KNOWINGNESS which is less positive than the former. It is defined as “shrewdness demonstrated by knowledge”. The ‘shrewdness’ for me has the negativity congruent with Interpretation and Clarification.

It was so clear that House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez stated that those who will vote against the death penalty will be strip of their respective position.

One of those who voted against is Con. Gloria Arroyo. But it seems speaker Alvarez has eat his words

ang bark ni alvarez is worst than his bite, all words and no action yata siya. there were around 44 contra death penalty, he would have to fire them all, and then replace them. the 44 would just have to re-apply for their jobs, methink.

pantaleon alvarez is not wearing pantalon, he’s wearing grass skirts! dancing to digong’s tune.

Watching LIVE Senate Session No. 72 (March 8, 2017)*.

Sen. Antonio F. Trillanes IV was giving a speech in relation to SPO3 Arthur Lascañas’ testimony before the Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs (March 6, 2017)**

Putol putol ang live speech (e.g. Server Stop Streaming …) with slide presentations ni Sen Trillanes. Sinasadya kaya ninu?

After Trillanes, came Sen Pacquaio. Commenting on Sen Trillanes’ yesterday’s media interview pointing to some Senators’ holier than thou attitude towards Lascañas’ testimony on his ‘spiritual awakening’ on March 6, 2017.

Sen Pacquiao ended his speech with these words, ‘may bayag naman tayo, hindi naman iniiwan ang bayag-bayagan.'[non verbatim] Then Sen Trillanes went to Sen Pacquaio and both talked for several minutes in the middle of the plenary session hall.

Several Sens came to huddle one by one with the duo.

Thank you for sharing this. Funny how Pacquiao got peeved on the spiritual renewal issue when in fact, he committed a much worse sin against his colleagues when he openly expressed that Arthur Lascanas only came out because he was paid. It is not hard to understand that he was implying on Trillanes. And true to form of a PMAer who is being challenged on truthfullness, Trillanes invoked the code of honor on truthfulness which ‘All right Sir’ and he even said it twice. He just proves that he’s got the real balls to do it. If anyone cares to remember, this is the same code of honor which Lacson invoke upon Angelo Reyes during a Senate investigation. Reyes could not answer this code when he was pressed to do it. I guess it was too heavy for him that he commited suicide.

Today, Sen Lacson says that Lascañas’ senate hearing was part of a destabilization plot by Sen Trillanes.

Both are PMAers. Both were caught out separately destabilizing previous administrations because of you know what…

This time Sen Lacson’s assessment on Lascañas’ senate confession was a ploy or a hatch plan to destabilize the DU30 administration is off the mark.

Destabilization? DU30 administration is imploding within thru some of its appointees, coming out to be the destabilizers. Some are fraternity brothers of the president, alumni and cohorts in other departments.

“PNP (Philippine National Police) may problema. BID (Bureau of Immigration and Deportation) may problema. NFA (National Food Authority) may problema. NIA (National Irrigation Administration) may problema. TPB (Tourism Promotions Board) may problema. Sec. Yasay may problema,” – said Pangilinan, president of the Liberal Party.

        Source: http://news.abs-cbn.com/news/03/13/17/kiko-duterte-appointees-destabilizing-govt

Sen Trillanes said the same in the past. The PDU30 administration is imploding from within.

WHAT EVERYONE MUST BE CONCERNED ABOUT, ARE PDU30’S SUPREME COURT APPOINTEES. UP TO 12 DURING HIS TERM. THEY ARE NOT EASY TO REMOVE IF SOME OR ALL of HIS APPOINTEES could TURN OUT TO BE ROTTEN.

    news.abs-cbn.com/news/03/08/17/trillanes-defends-lascaas-after-dds-victim-pops-up

A certain Reuben Baguio, however, popped up on social media, introduced himself as the Jocelyn’s dance tutor and
insisted that he was alive and well.
Trillanes said Lascañas was not referring to Baguio.
“Kahit reviewhin mo testimony ni Lascañas, walang pangalan ang dance instructor. Walang pangalan, walang profile, hindi nila ginagawa yun so paano masasabi yung mga lumalabas sa social media ay sya nga ang dance instructor, unless s’ya lang ang dance instructor sa Davao,” he said.
(Even if you review Lascañas’ testimony, the name and profile of the dance instructor was not mentioned. So how could those surfacing on social media claim that they were the dance instructor referred to, unless he is the only dance instructor in Davao.)
He added that the Duterte camp gave conflicting reactions to Lascañas’ claim and a similar account by professed DDS hitman Edgar Matobato.
“Kay Matobato, ang sabi ng kapatid ni President Duterte, wala siyang dance instructor. Noong kay Lascañas na, buhay ‘yung dance instructor,” the senator said.

During the early 80’s the Urban Guerilla Unit of the NPA or the ABB Sparrow Unit was the death squad which killed at least one policemen everyday in Davao City. They were repelled by another anti-communist death squad called Alsa Masa which was organized by police chief Franco Calida (yes, brother of the SolGen) and Jun Pala. Then there was a lull until Digong’s Davao Death Squad was born more than 20 years ago and has since then become a killing epidemic affecting the country.

All tyrants have a common alibi, their care for humanity.

Even today he is very deceptive. Then Mayor, his elites from the Davao Police were moonlighting into shakedowns, summary executions. With better pay for hazard work environments, and tax-free.

Coin to toss – heads for legit police operations, tails for DDS executions. One thing in common though, both masquerades with guns for hire. Now its on a national level, he now has an air force. Davao can’t be ‘nationalized’ he assures, it didn’t have an air force.

    Kuha niyo?
