Those against changing the 1987 Constitution – the fruit of the 1986 Edsa PeoplePower – intend to mark the 32nd anniversary of people power by staging protests.
Last Tuesday, a core group from the civil society, the academe and political NGOs gathered in Malcolm Hall at the University of the Philippines College of Law.
I covered the event and made a short video below:
To watch more of my videos, please subscribe to my YouTube channel by clicking here.
The group which calls itself the No to Charter Change Coalition – but which my journo-hubby Alan dubbed The Rebel Alliance – issued the following statement below.
I am publishing it in full because personally, while I believe in charter change and much more decentralization of government, I do not believe IN THIS CHARTER CHANGE FOR THE SAME OBVIOUS REASONS.
Uphold democracy, sovereignty, social justice and human rights! No to Charter change! No to Cha-cha Coalition
February 13, 2018
WE, individuals, groups and institutions of freedom-loving Filipinos;
RECOGNIZING that the Constitution, while not perfect nor unchangeable, is the result of our people’s historic struggle against dictatorship and for freedom, democracy, social justice and human rights;
ALARMED that the current efforts to revise the Constitution are inimical to our cherished freedoms and aspirations, among them proposed amendments that:
- are patently self-serving for incumbent officials, such as postponing the 2019 elections, extending their terms of office, and enshrining the discredited pork barrel system in the Constitution itself;
- break up the country into regional states that will add a new layer of bureaucracy, red tape and political largesse while expanding the powers of entrenched political dynasties and warlords;
- establish a dictatorship, with immense powers given to the President during the transition period;
- delete or water down progressive and protectionist provisions on the national economy and patrimony, including limits on foreign ownership of land, public utilities, media and educational institutions, and preference for Filipino enterprises and professionals;
- delete or water down provisions on social justice and human rights, particularly the right to security of tenure and a living wage, agrarian reform, and urban land reform and housing;
- limit the exercise of the people’s sovereign will to mere suffrage, and the freedom of the press, free expression, assembly and redress of grievance to its “responsible” exercise;
- delete or water down provisions prohibiting foreign bases, troops, facilities as well as nuclear weapons;
AFFIRMING that the legitimate issue of the uneven distribution of wealth and power between the national and local governments can be effectively addressed without resorting to Charter change;
AWARE that in the past, such self-serving, undemocratic and unpatriotic plots at Charter change were defeated by widespread public outcry manifested in sustained protests and timely legal actions;
HEREBY RESOLVE to oppose – utilizing all democratic means possible – the current efforts to amend or revise the Constitution;
WE LIKEWISE RESOLVE to form ourselves into a Coalition with a nationwide constituency in order to consolidate and intensify our efforts to oppose Charter change at this time;
FINALLY, WE CALL ON OUR PEOPLE to remain vigilant and be involved, to participate in various activities including mass actions against Cha-cha and dictatorship, and stand for democracy, sovereignty, social justice and human rights.
Congress has opted for a constituent assembly that leaves out citizens in the crafting of a new charter on which rests the essential aspects of Philippine democracy.
1. US envoy Sung Kim summoned to Palace over US intel assessment on Duterte policies that tagged PRRD as among the threats to democracy in Southeast Asia.
2. Amnesty International (AI) didn’t look into PHL human rights situation close enough to declare PRRD as one of the worst performing leaders when it came to respect for human rights –PNP chief
“Wala daw makabuluhan na investigation, eh ano nangyari doon sa mga pulis natin na nakakulong, pinagkakasuhan at pinagdidismiss natin, ano ba yun?” Dela Rosa said in a radio interview
3. “Government taking ‘most corrupt’ tag seriously”
After Transparency International (TI) listed the Philippines as among the most corrupt in the world, Malacanang said the Duterte administration was taking the report seriously and called on people to help fight the problem
OOT. . .
‘The plea came a day after a federal grand jury in Virginia returned a 32-count indictment against Gates and Manafort, Trump’s former campaign chairman, accusing them of tax evasion and bank fraud. Gates is the fifth defendant to plead guilty in Mueller’s investigation.‘
Fifth defendant to plead guilty! A winning streak.
Good Americans must love but the bad hates. . .
how American investigators can make suspects
of crime PLEAD GUILTY to the charges filed.
Under Federal law and procedure set up, pled
guilty for a lesser penalty or fight the charges
one does not anymore get any concession on
the lesser penalty but the maximum. Further
best is the Federal Judge isn’t bound by the
whatever agreement between prosecs and the
accused and the imposed penalty is discretionary
to the Judge.
When will our courts here in ‘Pinas have this
set up? Malayo ba ang dating ng Justice system
mahirap talaga at parang walang comparison yata. as regards justice, 1st world yang america, rich and well developed country. habang ang pinas naman ay 3rd world lang, o bumaba na yata at baka 4th world na tayo ngayon, under develop masyado, mired in poverty and so many are uneducated. pinas has slipped down in ranking and is now comparable to the lowest of the low like the under develop countries in africa, bangladesh, etc. our mortality rate is also high.
pinas used to look up to america, emulating american way of life. now, pinas is being urged to look up to the violator of human rights, china.
our justice sec is a joke, he, he, he. our public attorney is a scare mongerer, our solgen is , I dont know, leftist? our justices sa supreme court are bitter vs their chief, still angry for having lost the top job. them justices are good candidates for therapy, help them get over their loss.
1. PHL slips in 2017global corruption index, tagged among Asia’s’worst offenders’
Based on Transparency International’s latest index, the Philippines’ score went down from 35 in 2016 to 34 in 2017. The last time the country scored as low was in 2012.
Along with India and Maldives, the Philippines was also found to be “among the worst regional offenders” when it comes to journalists, activists, opposition leaders and staff of law enforcement or watchdog agencies being threatened or murdered.
2. Amnesty International: Duterte among leaders who ‘undermine rights of millions’
For the second straight year, the human rights watchdog group Amnesty International (AI) ranked PRRD among the leaders who are “callously undermining the rights of millions.”
AI also mentioned the internal armed conflict, attacks to human rights defenders, and threats to Filipinos’ freedom of expression. The spate of killings of alleged drug offenders appeared once again on the international human rights’ group’s list of major human rights issues.
kill them all! they’re not humans, sabi ni duterte and dont deserve human rights.
except during election, the ones thought not humans are humans again and courted for votes.
Alvarez wants abolition of UN, creation of ‘United Nations of Asia’
Sobra ang pag hibang na ni Alvarez. He things that he rules everything. Endorsing Laws for his own favor, and now wants to control Asia?
To whom is he addressing the
abolition of the UN? To the members
of that body?
Maybe he’s taking RANTANYL!
Infected na. Many in this Adm
and dutardyias are infected with …’bakyia.’
Alvarez, as long as the two senators jump ship and join the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino–Lakas ng Bayan.
Nako! Alvarez is drowned thinking that his party if forever in power? I also say give PDP a straight NO vote.
easy come, easy go, if grace poe and nancy binay join alvarez’s party this coming 2019 election, they can easily jump ship after election, depending on who’ll be majority. malay mo, maybe inday sara’s party will form majority at maging minority si alvarez.
rumors abound, inday sara and alvarez are at loggerheads. if sara runs under pdp, she’ll be under alvarez’s thumb, but if she forms her own political party, she’ll be free of alvarez, cant be dictated and pushed around by him.
duterte is not getting any younger and if he dies suddenly, sara will be without protector, she’ll be easy picking for alvarez then. kaya seguro sara is flexing her political muscles while daddy is still alive and kicking. once daddy is dead, alvarez will probly make a floriendo out of sara. she could well be driven out of dabaw, at baka kasuhan pa ng tambak tambak and forced to sign bank waiver, he, he, he, forced to give up her tagong yaman.
inday sara vs pantaleon alvarez. let the fight begin.
Sara with floreindo vs alvarez with gwen – Sara ako
kay sara din ako
sara’s concern is being trivialized po by roque, alvarez and the president himself. turf war lang daw yon na may halong clash of egos.
I think, nag-iisa si sara in defending her hold over dabaw, the duterte dynasty could well be at an end, taken over by alvarez and his emerging dynasty. duterte is slow to see the danger. already alvarez has introduced his kabit as wife and from there, and with alvarez’s support as well as the whole of pdp laban party, alvarez’s kabit/wife could well be next mayor or governor or premier of dabaw, edging sara out. her brothers, polong and sebastian, are not politically savvy and not of much use to sara. her children are minors and cannot hold office yet, and her father is not taking her seriously. alvarez must be very happy, in few months federal dabaw could be his for the taking.
who are sara’s allies? not gloria arroyo, not the marcoses and not the pimentels too, they are all pro-alvarez, positioning themselves ready for federalism, where they’ll get their slices of pinas, the regions they most covet.
Rappler was banned in the Malacañang just because the old crazy man felt he was betrayed. Betrayed kasi hindi in favor sa kanila ang sinulat ni Pia Ranada.
Tama naman si Ms. Ranada, she has the official documents, pero still “FAKE NEWS” daw.
Something truly suspicious is going on. Remember “Actions speaks louder then words”
PDutz a lawyer. A former prosecutor pa.
Subalit hindi nya kaya sumagot like a
lawyer/prosecutor. Talo sya ni Pia.
He’s RAPPLERD! Too much pain all
over the head & body. Time to quit?
bong go betrayed the crazy old man, bong did not cover all his bases at may important documents na napabayaan, hindi air tight ang control ni bong go..
at dahil hinakot ni bong go ang halos buong admin bilang chaperone niya sa senate hearing, nagmantinir na lang si duterte at nag-project kay pia ranada. burara kasi yang si bong go e, parang intsik na nagkakalat, kapag private and confidential yong documents, dahat kainin niya, he, he, he, and not left it lying around for journalist like pia ranada to have a look-see.
dapat sisihin ng malakihan ni duterte si lorenzana, who was handler of the documents in question. hwag lang yong si pia ranada kaagad ang tinuro.
hot potato landed on pia ranada’s lap, and rightly given the revelation it deserved.
bong go’s damage control is as lame as lorenzana’s, both have their hands in nutella, he, he, he, both sticky beaky.
Justification now ng crazy old man, he is just implementing SEC ruling on Rappler’s registration daw.
Pero paano na yan … sabi ng SEC na Rappler can still operate until CA’s final ruling.
Ay Palusot si crazy old man, and pwede na daw bumalik. So lalo na sila na buking!
Again …. ACTIONS SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS.
that’s what happen kung emotion rules the head, often mali ang labas na decision. quick to react, slow to respond, and then, back flip, that’s tiresome lalo na for someone old who should be resting and enjoying retirement.
dapat mag-back flip din yong hepe ng guardia na binastos kuno dahil kinunan ng pic at tinanong-tanong ng rappler as to why entry was refused. sabi ng hepe, buti hindi kuno sinaktan si ranada.
aba, nakakahiya yan kapag na-broadcast sa buong bansa yong guardya na mamugbog at nanakit kay pia ranada. at lalong nakakahiya sa guardia if pia radana hits back, parang si darna, punching the guardia, gouging his eyes out and stomping on his army boots with steep cap, pia using her backpack and hitting the guardia on the head, his baril confiscated, the guardia overpowered and made to surrender, he, he, he.
pls lang po, dont think na kapag binugbog ang isang babae ay hindi yan gaganti. big mistake, big mistake. women fights dirty, very dirty, anything within their arm’s reach is weapon: high heeled shoes, bags, umbrellas, etc. ever seen a man headbutted by a woman? it’s soul destroying. women are generally gentle but when pushed hard, they may not be kind.
best to be respectful and be respected in return.
BONGGO AT BATO
Bong Go: Minamadali nyo, hintay kayo sa panahon nyo.. Sagot, sa 135 deaths a day drugs war, baka walang matirang Pilipinong buhay pag natapos kayo..
Bong Go: Minamadali nyo, hintay kayo sa panahon nyo.. Sagot, China encircling gobbling Philippine territory, baka wala ng bansang Pilipinas pag tapos nyo..
Bong Go: Minamadali nyo, hintay kayo sa panahon nyo.. Sagot, Benham rise in china’s hands baka wala ng oil/other resources para sa pinas pag tapos nyo….
Bong Go: Minamadali nyo, hintay kayo sa panahon nyo.. Sagot, Duterte as threat to Asia’s democracy, baka wala ng Asianong safe maglayag sa Asia,dahil bawat galaw puro hingi permisa sa China
Bong Go: Minamadali nyo, hintay kayo sa panahon nyo.. Sagot, sa Federalism nyo, malamang wala ng pag asa ang democacry at human rights na makabalik
Bong Go: Minamadali nyo, hintay kayo sa panahon nyo.. Sagot, sa panggagago nyo sa pulis at militar, mukhang nagmistulanng sekyu nyo na lang ang police/military
Bato: Giyera tayo! Sagot: Be careful what you wish for, baka….
if bato has not been sleeping, he might have known there was war in marawi. there is also drug war going on and on and still going on. there has been gyera long before, and right in duterte’s backyard pa: npa, abu sayyaf are still very active, both creating havocs, both threatening duterte’s govt, still burning and extorting money. and what has bato done to minimize both npa and abu sayyaf’s extra curricular activities? nangunsume! his dome is getting shinier, pinakapit sa trabaho.
hindi kita iiwan, ingon ni bato sa presidente, kaya mananatili yang si bato sa trabaho kahit dapat mag-retire na dahil he has reached retirement age. kung mag-retire man siya, who knows? maybe a better man will take over as pnp chief, and because bato is kapit tuko sa trabaho, at ang presidente ay may separation anxiety at kapit tuko rin kay bato, there’s no infusion of new blood, no new and no better thought of tokhang. bato’s tokhang is not working, and people are getting resistant to it, immune to it na, parang super bugs na tuloy sila highly resistant to penicillin.
anyhow, bato need not iwan the president kung mag-retire siya, he can still visit the president anytime, be his live in companion, he, he, he, be part of his zoo. and no presidential guard will block bato’s way if bato visits duterte at malakanyang the way rappler’s pia ranada was blocked and refused entry.
by extending bato’s service past retirement is not the only way bato can stay close to the president, por bida! this man bato lacks creativity, no wonder his tokhang is natokhang by those intended, he, he, he. bato has run out of tricks, spent force na siya.
yang si bong go, hintay kayo sa panahon nyo, aba joker din pala itong minime ni duterte. methink po, bong go is already talking about federalism where all those contra sa kanya will all be lumped in and sent to penal colony: basilan most likely at facing firing squad.
hindi namang sa ganong kinontra si bong go, what is asked is transparency, bakit siya nanghimasok sa bagay na hindi dapat niya pasukin, namely ang pagpatalsik sa trabaho ng navy chief, he, he, he, at bakit na negative swiss challenge niya ang naval contract.
bilyonaryo man diay na si bong go, ingon ni duterte, at swiss challenger pa, dagdag ko, plying his tricks both ways.
IS BONGGO THE SECOND BIGGEST MONEY LAUNDERER IN THE COUNTRY )NEXT TO THE BOSS?) HMMM?
If Bonggo is the billionaire we never knew, he could be into money laundering as well…hehehe ano to shall we follow the money trail again?
Bakit ba sa Mindanao, matindi ang
kahirapan ng mga TAO Bayan doon?
Yan ba sa dahilan na karamihan ng
lokal ng mga opisyales ay matindi ang
korupsyon? Siguro nga!
‘O sigue…ilipat ang sentral gov’t doon
para malaman kung mag babago ang
sitwasyun.
at Alvarez atbpa. Destruction ang dating.
Kailan mahihinto lahat na ito? KAILAN!
mindanaw should be as rich as makati and maybe even richer! nasaan na yong loans and economic aids ng china, the promised rail project linking towns and cities, the easier to transport not just passengers but also goods and produce, the infrastructures envisaged, the wealth to be had and resulting in better living conditions for all mindanawans? two years on, ba’t mired in poverty pa rin ang mindanaw? they all want peace and gotten martial law instead.
and now, federalism is being dangled, a paper mache carrot.
PNP’s next-in-ranks, all generals, are now demoralized and may influence the rank-and-file under them to plot something akin to “mutiny on the Bounty” at worst or become uncooperative at the least
We already have a clear preview of what will happen with these current personalities in the govt to rule on fedgovt.
I would not allow wild horses to lead this country. Therefore its NO to charter change, but again… I just read this
“Duterte joked that China should make the Philippines as one of its provinces.
“Gusto ninyo gawain niyo na lang kaming province, Fujian, Philippine province of China. Eh di wala tayong problema. Libre na lahat,” he said, drawing laughter from the crowd.
“Province of the Philippines, Republic of China. The nearest is Fujian. Hayaan mo na lang ‘yung Taipei. Huwag na nating galawin ‘yan. Pagkaliit liit. Hayaan mo na. Let it float there. Makuha mo ang Philippines, wala nang problema,” Duterte further said”
province of china, in short po, pinas is going to be the hub of chinese illegal drugs activities. already, china is biggest supplier of illegal drugs to pinas. so, expect drug labs and marijuana plantations everywhere, processing plants and whatnots, all managed by the chinese, the job not entrusted to pinoys. our shores and waterways will be full of chinese vessels carrying illegal drugs bound for world market.
province of china, out of work mainland chinese workers will be in our shores looking for opportunities, grabbing what little jobs there is left for pinoys, marginalizing pinoys even further.
I doubt if china will continue on pantawid for the poor. methink, the poor will be drugged to their eyeballs, making them unable to comprehend anything, death their future and only expectation.
Wild MUSTANGis horses?
Ganoon ba? Hindi lang corny ang
mga biro kundi wala sa magandang
salita sa: topic, venue, time, audience,
diskarte atbpa. Happy siya nag tawanan
Sira!
. . . change of style. . .
1. Biazon calls on soldiers to defend constitution, fight ‘RevGov’
“Soldiers must do their duty and defend constitution amid threats to introduce federalism through extralegal means, such as a revolutionary government, or “RevGov,” former Sen. Rodolfo Biazon and Armed Forces chief of staff in 1991 said.
2. ‘Damn us! Are we this helpless? – Lacson on sea features named by China
3. Bato warns Duterte’s critics: There will be war
PNP chief ronald dela rosa yesterday dared detractors to try and topple President Duterte, saying they are ready to wage war against their enemies.
VOTE A RESOUNDING “NO” TO THE FORTHCOMING PLEBISCITE RATIFYING PDP-LABAN’S PIMENTEL CONSTITUTION
lacson’s are we this helpless? who’s we po? I reckon lacson is pro duterte so how can he be helpless? he should be celebrating! the chinese are coming ever closer.
likewise, escudero’s hitting the wall remark re trillanes’ digging into duterte hidden mega wealth is not much better. pinaubaya na lang ni escudero ang pagbusisi to gordon where trillanes’s complaint will surely hit the wall and be walled.
buti the jews believed in themselves and did not let the wall of jericho stopped them. they stomped and stomped and railed and made noise and 7x they went around the wall of jericho stomping all the while, until their stomping created disturbance on the ground resulting in a crack in the base of the wall. a crack leads to bigger crack and then bigger still until the wall of jericho cracked in half and fell down.
the great wall of china created to stop invading barbarians never did stop the barbarians.
the ancient greeks never let the wall of troy stop them, they build the trojan horse and laid to waste the walled city of troy.
helpless? unwillin lang sina lacson, too much work, too much effort, too plebeian. better be province of china and let the chinese take care of everything. okay, so duterte et al want to be like pigs na pinapakain lang, inaalagaan, indulged at walang problema, libre. and we know what happen to pigs in the end: they got sent to market and butchered to make bacon. all profits going to china.
are we this helpless? stop asking questions, grow balls instead! he, he, he.
hitting the wall, go and sing pink floyd’s hitting the wall! and have sledgehammer ready.
bato, the crying pebble, is going to wage war against a box of tissues! he, he, he.
Bato should not worry from enemies within but from other countries should PRRD, a known leftist with clinched fist, allows the land-grabbing chinese a free hand on the Spratley, Panatag Shoals and Benham Rise.
The obvious principal aim of the chinese is to control the navigation in the South China Sea that may choke the economy of its arch-rival – Japan – aside from the bountiful sea-water fish where its billion inhabitants badly need for daily subsistence. In short, the Chinese dream of “The East is Red” may be realized with the help of DU30.
It is unthinkable that the mighty USA and its resurging partner in Asia, Japan, who has recently abandoned its self-defense constitution and is rebuilding its military hardwares reminiscence of its WW2 capabilities, will allow the strategically-located Philippines to be swallowed by the ambitious chinese bullies.
methink po, duterte, or pinas, is not america or japan’s problem, our internal affairs is not their concern though like any good neighbors, japan and america are probly both keeping themselves well informed. we have mutual treaties with both countries, govt to govt.
and if china swallowed pinas, it’s because our govt wants it. japan and america may not want it, but if that’s what our govt wants, both countries will abide by that decision no matter how foolish. we are sovereign nation after all, free to decide what we want, who our allies are and what our future is going to be.
though japan and america will probly try their utmost to dissuade our govt from committing grievous error as letting china in and giving it unprecedented access to all and sundry but in the end, it’s our govt’s call pa rin, their choice.
japan and america will not just come to ‘help’ save pinas unless invited, unless mutual treaties are officially invoked. and I think, only govt or interim govt can invoke such treaties. our people and ordinary citizens cannot just simply poke thier noses in, over rule our govt and willy nilly cry to japan and america for help and deliverance. they can try though and bring awareness to their plight.
japan and america can and may try to impose sanctions and that’s about it. is pinas worth wasting american and japanese soldiers’ lives, when pinas is quite simply happy to go to bed with china?
I think, japan and america’s main concern is freedom of navigation. as then vassal province of china, that will not be our problem, right? that will be between japan and america and our chinese masters. we can all sit back and let the masters have a go at each other. except perhaps when there is war, china will not send their well fed chinese soldiers, but our half starved pinoy soldiers to face the combined might of both japan and america.
ah, such is life in servitude! sweet.
my apologies for sounding sarcastic.
Arc, your opinion is noted but please bear in mind that the next flash point (or war) is in the south china sea between china and USA together with their allies.
Unfortunately, our country is in the center of this imminent conflict with the chinese continuously constructing military bases in the spratley and in the Mischief Reef which is within our exclusive economic zone and very near to Palawan’s Kalayaan Municipality where we maintain an airfield in its Capital of Pag-asa manned by our regular soldiers.
The chinese have long ago (2016) said “Prepare for a ‘people’s war at sea’ since they had no intention to respect the Hague’s ruling and even challenge Australia directly, saying: “if Australia steps into the South China Sea waters, it will be an ideal target for China to warn and strike”
If push comes to shove and hostilities begin in earnest, we will surely be caught in the crossfire. “Beginning in June 2012, the Philippine government said that the United States military could use the old base (Subic Bay Naval Base) as long as prior approval was granted by the Philippine government in support to the US’ Pivot to Asia Program and based on the “Visiting Forces Agreement” (wikipedia)
What can we do? Nothing but pray that no nuke will fall on us
War! War! and War pa more!
Hitler wanted all wars for everybody
only England remained free.
PDutz’ war is different: To surrender

nagpakakot ang amlac ng tudo, that’s why. si racela ay nagpa-ampao kay duterte! ang dali mag-about face daig pa ang rotc cadet, he, he, he. about face! yes, sir, yes, sir, ikaw ang siopao ko, ikaw ang ampao ko, ikaw ang puon ko, ikaw . . .
1st we have racela, now it appears puno is joining the about facers. like racela who was made head of amlac, puno once made ‘puno’ ng (bogus!) consultative committe is now grandstanding na, may galit yata sa mga anti chacha-ers gaya ko. puno in his old age medyo nawalan ng pasensya sa mga sumasalungat sa kanya. ayaw may kasalungat! saw him took to the stage mic in hand at ang yabang pa, endorsing duterte’s federalism. duterte and cohorts have no respect for the law, can barely solve a simple buffer rice shortage, and then, ito, tatalayakayin ang charter change in a hurry! sino-siopao ang bayan, puno warned those opposing chacha. and there I was, hoping he’d choke on the mic, he, he, he.
duterte has ampao policy, sometimes siopao policy, other times, adlib policy, all no good policy.
and roque is more the ampao, cannot tell the difference between foodstuff like siopao and the sea mounts in benham rise. his brain has abalone-d!
those who no respect for the law should not be gifted with federalism.
Those who oppose chacha are selfish, vain, unpatriotic, and useless!
Before I even say that those who DONT oppose cha-cha are selfish, vain, unpatriotic, and useless, let me ask you – why do you say that?
It is gratuitous of you to say those things and not explain why.
Otherwise you are just a bot.
Marmee Cruz says
Those who are for cha-cha are for just extending their terms and putting Duterte in perpetuity. A dictatorship, in other words, is what cha-cha proponents want. Just look at all those personalities involved; shady and self-serving characters.
While those against have time and time again, proven their probity, patriotism, love of constitutional/human rights and defenders of democracy.
Chico, many Filipinos should be
selfish, vain, unpatriotic, and useless
to PDutz & Co.! 16 Million votes is not
a license to stop the opposing Pilipinos.
You are pathetic! Kalunus-lunos ka.
Sa Wikang Pilipino: Walang dam-damin.
First of all, the Committee head by Ex-CJ
Puno should propose
Remember when Pres. D Macapagal was
head of the Convention FM was still able
to control the provisions proposed for
the 1973 constitution.
A con-ass is a sure way to destroy
1987 Constitution and the Country.
Second – this COALITION should propose
the alternative to revise the fundamental
law of the land so people will know.
A ‘no’ vote to the NO CCC by con-ass.
Majority of voters DO NOT KNOW what
is this whole thing about, why it is about,
who it is about, where it is about, when
it is about and where it is about.
…and HOW it is about is = NO to CCC con-ass.
There are only 2 candidates to this: NO vs
Let us hope the sensible voters will be
the majority 45-47 Million for NO votes wins.
I’m not voting! this govt has no respect for anything let alone votes.
postpone voting! postpone chacha!
methink po, 48 million bots are on standy ready to switch NO votes into YES votes. and roque siopao will just say, it’s a win by the landslide!
I’m praying for calamity po, that their bot cave burns to ember like the one in dabaw, he, he, he. their cables and connections gone to ash, their blueprints wasted, their state of the arts multi million dollars equipments gone in a smoke, bluish and white hot. deader than ampao, that should set them bots back.
