News Commentary by Raïssa Robles

You thought change was coming, right?

The 60 million-peso ad contract, without public bidding, involving former Tourism Secretary Wanda Tulfo-Teo, her brothers and state television channel PTV4 is one example of such change.

The brazenness simply takes your breath away.

I made this short video to explain why.

CAN A DIVIDED COUNTRY HANDLE THE TRUTH NOW THAT THE SC OUSTED SERENO?

The SC en banc presided by CJ Sereno who didn’t vote, the High Court, in a close 8-6 vote, granted the quo warranto petition effective immediately that analysts said could imperil democracy in the country

The ruling would moot the impeachment case in Congress

As I have said before, bending laws. Any lawyer knows that the QW is not and not proper for Sereno (but the blend it)

Just out of curiosity, I heard somewhere that it was really scandalous to spend government money to advertise in a program only a few people watch. So, how popular really is the program? What is its TV rating?

    • raissa says

      May 11, 2018 at 9:31 AM

It’s a very popular “crime” program.

But it’s the wrong program to advertise tourist ads because of that.

look at what Mon (Ramon) Tulfo wrote today
    http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/989000/setting-the-record-straight
    ————————————————————————————————

In the article Ramon Tulfo said She was clueless that Ben would get the lion’s share, so to speak, of the P60 million advertising contract.”

Fortunately Wanda also claimed that It was PTV4 who talked to the TULFO, but there are documents, which shows otherwise

Also in the article Ramon Tulfo wrote “Wanda, being older than Ben, wanted to save him even if it would put her in hot water, resulting in her eventually losing her job.”

hindi ba, Sabi ni Ramon Tulfo, clueless daw si Wanda about the PTV4 deal with the tulfo?

In short, everyone in the Tulfo clan is trying to wash their hands.

ABS-CBN also has a topic about the Tulfo clan (fued kuno), Which mentioned that the Tulfo did not say that they will be willing to give back the 60M

this wandawoman (term borrowed from parekoy) is too old to be clueless! too decorated to be clueless, dating woman of the year pa naman yata siya, magaling daw kasi. was.

being clueless in not qualification for the job of being DOT secretary, dapat aware siya, alert and on top of things that concern tourism, its budget foremost.

maliban na lang kung napuno ng lumot ang isip niya at naging clueless siya, padalaw-dalaw kasi sa cesspool that is boracay, he, he, he.

Trillanes taunts Tulfos amid Teo’s resignation

According to dzBB’s Nimfa Ravelo, Trillanes said the Tulfos could still continue their public service programs but added that the titles should be revised

Trillanes played on the titles of the Tulfo’s programs saying they should be changed to “Nabitag si Tulfo” or “Isumbong mo si Tulfo.”

The senator, a staunch critic of PRRD, had long been at the receiving end of the Tulfos’ commentaries

young UP bloke still has many choices to go. life is a journey. you win some, you lose some, most important is that UP student gets up and dust himself, and not spend too much time wallowing in pity and feeling sorry for himself.

he’ll only be young once, not good to waste it in recriminations. I’d say, he ought to get up and boogie! celebrate he’s alive, not dead, not shot in the head, not ejk-ed like that student kian. here’s hoping po UP student will grow into a better person, more discerning.
