At 7 in the evening of Thursday, I am sitting in the dark being stung by mosquitoes.
There is no electricity and no water.
This reminds me so much of the dying days of dictator Ferdinand Marcos’ Martial Law, when electric power went on and off and the trickle in the taps went dry for most of the day. I actually had to go to a deep well in the neighborhood to haul water.
Nowadays, there is no deep well near my home from which to draw water. I just have to rely on the very upredictable water service interruptions of Manila Water. The water comes on around 6 AM or 7 AM, or not. If it does, the taps suddenly go dry mid-morning, then resume around lunchtime, or sometimes not. Then around 3 or 4 PM, the taps only make gurgling sounds.
We are looking at this kind of interrupted water service until June this year or longer.
As for power interruptions, we have no idea what is happening. I heard Department of Energy official Wimpy Fuentebella say on ANC that the power outage was caused by a “big power plant” suddenly going offline.
He does not name which “big power plant this is” nor does the reporter ask.
Yesterday, I heard technical expert Alan Ortiz give a warning on ANC tv news that we are soon going to possibly face brownouts if no power project comes onstream soon. Ortiz disclosed that since 2016, when Mayor Rodrigo Duterte assumed the presidency, no power project had been approved by the Department of Energy under his administration.
One of the most basic functions of government is to see to it that basic services like water and power run smoothly like clockwork. It is the government’s job to anticipate problems in these areas and to work out solutions so that problems don’t happen. If problems happen – and not because of some natural calamity – then the government is failing at its job.
We don’t know yet the full story behind Metro Manila’s water crisis. Suffice it to say, no heads have rolled in the MWSS because of it. Duterte has met with MWSS and Manila Water officials. But he has not cursed any of them.
Instead, he seems obsessed talking about his penis and being a manly man.
He does not seem to be all that bothered with the water and power crisis disrupting the lives of nearly 13 million Metro Manila residents. He has spewed no cuss words about these. Even though over 6 million of these suffering residents are registered voters.
And if the water and power crisis are not enough, there is another crisis, this time on the money front.
Yesterday, I went to BPI bank to withdraw from my account and found I could not. BPI had “upgraded” its system last Friday and it crashed. That was six days ago. Today, they still could not tell when the system would be online.
If I wanted to withdraw some money from my bank account, I was told, I had to go to the bank branch where I had opened the account and plead with the manager to let me withdraw from my account even if the system was down.
Tomorrow, Friday, the country’s biggest bank BDO is also going to “upgrade” its system. Will its system also crash?
Hello, Duterte government, does anybody care that systems are failing or getting disrupted?
I was told by a former cabinet official that during cabinet meetings, Duterte’s full attention becomes focused only when the topic is the drug war. Beyond that, his cabinet secretaries are pretty much left to themselves to do what they please.
The Filipinos are a very forgiving people, especially when it comes to lousy services. Our attitude is usually – hayaan mo na. Wala naman tayong magagawa. Wala namang mangyayari.
Which is why service providers of power, water, internet, banks, etc have it easy giving minimal service to customers. A 2010 survey found that Filipinos were the most forgiving of bad customer service.
When it comes to power and water which are monopolies, however, Filipinos have to rely on the government to lean on these monopolies to improve bad service.
But what if the government does not seem to care?
Well, that’s what elections are for. To make government officials care.
Is the Duterte government making sure Filipinos get good service from private and public enterprises?
You can reply through your vote in the May elections, especially in the Senate race.
Foreign Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. tweets China military. Nowadays, protesting is by tweets. It’s not official protest by the PH State.
The Chinese ambassador Zhao Jinghua has not even been called by the Secretary to explain Chinese occupation and Build Build Build on PH territories at West PH Sea [SCS].
China is just making tweedle-dumb and tweetdle dam on PH’s protest-tweets.
As I earlier blog, PH FASec is just showing-off for the election false belief to falsely care about tweeting for the voters.
Tweet! Tweet! Tweet!
MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. The Jimmy Doolittle raid on Japan April 18, 1942. 16 B-25 US Bombers took off from an aircraft carrier. It was believed to be impossible. USA did it.
Have guts to glory. There was actually not a formidable fighting navy for the US at the time. USA did it.
President Franklin Delano Roosevelt was resolute in finding a way of carrying the war to the Japanese homeland in the form of a bombing mission. USA did it.
In the movie, the B-25 bombers’ machine guns were taken down. Only sweeping brooms with sticks were exposed at the turrets. Suicide Mission impossible. USA did it.
The raiders hit targets mainly in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya. Not much damage but damage it caused. USA did it.
Now, this moment there is tension with China not Japan at SCS. At PH West PH Sea. Who will make the first salvo?
PH PDutz says: Suicide mission by Filipino soldiers. Go ahead eat it.
PH eat it. Dead it. Dead Mission Impossible.
tweet, how awful locsin is! tweeting as note verbale, no wonder he’s not progressing and not advancing but vegetating. ttweet! aba, para bang locsin is competing with ordinary netizens and tweeting to make self appear important, doing plenty but actually doing nothing! locsin can tweet till his nose falls off, nagpaparig sa kapwa pinoy pero those na talagang dapat makinig approachable only through the proper diplomatic channel, are not giving locsin the time of day.
president trump is big on tweet, but locsin is not president, diplomat siya at trabaho niya yan to engage in diplomatic exchanges with diplomats, emissaries and embassies in diplomatic circles. it appears tuloy na locsin is electioneering only. that baga is the extend of his highy paid job.
suicide mission for pinoy soldiers, japan has been there, done that, the kamikaze, the divine wind also had suicide mission. so much lose of lives.
lucky if pinoy soldiers even got to reach their destination. with the state of disrepair of military aircraft and armaments, nah, methink pinoy soldiers like the comforts of home and will stay home, texting and checking their cellphones. he, he, he. and power napping as well much like their commander in chief.
but if soldiers really really really want to go on suicide mission, raring to go on suicide mission, now, now now – then yes please! let us have some excitement!

Juliet LaTore has set up a exploratory committee for her return to run at the presidential bid of the Philippines.
A stanch advocate for human rights, has no nonsense approach for criminal justice, and her attempts to bring a end to poverty of the lower class in the Philippines, Her Tenacity and long knowledge of her youth and upper education at Philippine University make her a clear favorite for this position. Mrs,LaTore would like to bring a quick end the strong hold of Communist China’s strong hold in Samar…
The Filipinos are a very forgiving people, especially when it comes to lousy services. Our attitude is usually – hayaan mo na. Wala naman tayong magagawa. Wala namang mangyayari.
Bumawi na lang tayo sa darating na eleksiyon…Otso Diretso lang.
A vote for candidates other than the Otso Diretso, would mean that we are happy with Duterte’s corrupt government.
hear! hear! vote otso diretso!
for pinoys who have enough at punong puno na sa mga lousy services, can troop down to their reps and vomit their anger duon! make your elected rep work hard for you! they’re well paid with plenty kickbacks on the sideline, so let them get off their backsides!
now that election is coming, best time ngayon for voters to be vocal and demand good services, water on the flick of the faucet, electricity on the flick of the switch, etc.
as voters, people can be less forgiving and stop playing the victims, wala kuno silang magagawa, wala namang mangyayari, such defeatist attitudes is not appropriate during election.
people can be more demanding rather than forgiving and complacent and insignificant and invisible and downright charitable. all other times; yes, people can be all that, but not during election.
people can be bossy and use their voters’ power, go and wield that power! demand good services, use election time as leverage! be vocal and contrabida for once!
ask your candidates to go to water grid offices and electricity grid offices and negotiate for better deals, let them get the best deal for you! be pushy and dont be shy.
those nangunguna sa polls and surveys should be the ones working hardest and obtaining best services for constituents. they have the money and influence, been on the job for a while now too. and see what they got the people? higher taxes, prices of commodities getting higher, worsening services, more extra judicial killngs, more bad jokes, etc.
else vote otso diretso, they have not much pera para pangumpanya, pera to travel to places upang mangumpanya, sometimes not even allowed to go to places upang mangumpanya, but they’re more conscientious, competent and not corrupted.
vote otso diretso!
Tayo nag-umpisa ng gulo eh. Bakit naman kasi natin hinabla sa world court?” the daughter of late dictator Ferdinand Marcos told CNN Philippines.
. . . and she wanted to become a lawyer! She has instead become a liar either by deliberation, ignoration, confusion or dal-dal-ration.
Bakit daw hinabla? Kasi inagaw ang atin lupa, isla, katsa, isda, dagatsa, atbpatsa! Tangi talaga!
si imee ay may blackhole sa ulo! bakante, e, intelligent boarder wanted, donuts need not apply, he, he, he.
makoy must have been deliriously happy patay na siya, else mag-mumukhang uling din po siya, frustrated kaayo. it’s every parents dream to have own offspring eclipse them at talu-in sila, be greater than them, be more famous and much admired, be more achiever.
kaso, at 60yrs (?) imee has yet to graduate law, he, he, he. her resume epitome of unfulfilled ambitions and listed academic laurels much longed, but. the schools she attended did not, could not, be more forthcoming and blooming in praises of her. for good reasons. really, there are things money cannot buy, absolutely!
imee’s resume is worth a roll of toilet paper, best flushed down the toilet, if you can get toilet to flush. walang tubig!
” Bakit naman kasi natin hinabla sa world court?” the daughter of late dictator Ferdinand Marcos told CNN Philippines.”
in case wanna be lawyer imee marcos does not know, law courts are for redressing transgressions done, to right the wrongs, etc. anybody aggrieved can habla sa court, pinoys more so. it’s our prerogative to have our rights respected, be heard. and it’s because of people the likes of imee that people go to court, and won! yahooooooo! victims of marcos martial law are to be compensated ngayon. maliit ang compensation, but most important is victims are acknowledged, listened to and heard big time! the infamy and tyranny of the marcoses curtailed, news broadcast not only in pinas but also in america and the world.
ICC court petitioners del rosario at carpio morales must have hit a very raw nerve at nag-alburoto si imee. people really has no respect for dictators and despots!
people no matter how poor and oppressed can hit back. and there are crusaders in our midst, protectors of our patrimonial assets. see? guns are not needed in this kind of fight, just intelligence and plenty of fighting spirit.
imee is wrong to say bakit naman kasi ‘natin’, dapat ninyo; not ‘natin’, against natin siya.
dapat naman kasi ninyo. . . kayo nag-umpisa ng gulo. . .
imee is not with the people aggrieved, our fishermen that have to barter their catch with the chinese, their fishes vs cinese junk food that are probly past their use by dates and maybe been recalled for being unsafe, may salmonella, listeria, etc. care should be taken for the chinese could well be passing dubious food products that are originally from africa na may swine flu.
madam raissa, how can duterte be in charge when he is often absent sa special occasions our people hold dear? the water crisis and now the electricity crisis. wont be long before pinoys start living in caves again, hunting and pillaging for food!
about time the reps voted by the people answer to the people, where have our water gone? where have our electricity gone to? and are both being hoarded? reps cannot be hiding in thier offices and biting their fingernails when they ought to be out there chasing and looking for answers.
and isnt most of the people making decisions in both the water grid and electricity grid are best and brightest ni duterte? many of them retirees that got ensconced and officiated in 2017.
thanks, raissa. this coming election could well be protest election with people registering protest votes. those not happy with water cuts, electricity cuts, silly double plaka law, cuts in essential services but no cuts sa prices of commodities, could well do some cutting and culling too.
many of the best and brightest ought to be culled and given the marching order, retirees dont always make good administrators, spent force na sila and cannot easily transport skills from one job to another. not dexterous enough, not hungry enough, bored? maybe. and instead of recharging, they’re put on the hassle and bustle of the front line. ill equipped to handle the demands of the job, naging less to non productive tuloy sila, dependent baga on assistant and staff who in turn depended on those on endo.
to my flawed thinking, duterte is not in charge.
For one it is NGCP is IN-CHARGE of these cry-sis! Imagine this:
1.) for MAINTENANCE – no electricity. ‘National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP), the power system operator, said the red alert covered a 13-hour period from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., with demand outstripping generating capacity.’
1.a) ‘On Thursday, the 150-megawatt Unit 2 of SMC Consolidated Power Corp. in Limay went on forced outage due to a suspected boiler leak, adding pressure to an already tight supply situation across Luzon, NGCP said.’ There is a SUSPECT – may LEAK sa boiler daw. No maintenance is the suspect.
1.b) Know this: ‘NGCP said rotational brownouts may be experienced in the provinces of Benguet, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Ifugao, Quirino, La Union, Bataan, Albay, Quezon, Laguna, Batangas, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Pangasinan, Sorsogon, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Aurora and Pampanga.’
19 Provinces! The heads/minds of the people there are being ROTATED!
2.) NGCP said: ‘“[We] encourage everyone to exercise prudence in using electricity.” Prudence. What is it? Mag-tiis lang kayo. NGCP and other big firms KNOWS people’s weakness: Nag titiis. What are our officials response? A senator [ Poe ] is just DISMAYED.
2.a) She said: ‘“No water, no electricity, no internet. This is already calvary, and it’s still a week before Holy Week. Penitence came early for the public,” said Poe, who chairs the Senate committee on public services.’ Calvary daw. Meaning what: CRUCIFIXION of the people. Mixed Mag-tiis, Prudence and Calvary = HOLE-IN-ONE for the Holy Week to come. A BLACK HOLE nga!
2.b) She WARNED: ‘She warned power companies they faced penalties if they provided poor service to their customers.’ The prudence is in the word: ‘IF’. Huh? Black outs na, she meant there is NONE yet! Maybe senator’s eyes are prudently black-out or in outages too.
3.) Department of Energy (DOE), five power plants—with a combined capacity of 1,502 MW—have experienced unplanned outages due to technical problems and needed repairs. REPAIRS needed daw. Of all seasons, SUMMER TIME here, repairs have to be done? We’re being HAD here.
3.a) NGCP said a total of 827 MW was out of commission in the Luzon grid as power plants were undergoing scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance daw. This company is grossly and recklessly NEGLIGENT. Like the Water Companies, there are 3 saboteurs against the people. we’re being HAD.
3.b) DOE had asked the companies whose power plants went under forced outage to explain what happened to their facilities. Just EXPLAIN daw. As if by doing an explanation, electricity and water supply will POP OUT to the consumer-people. This is a Department of Explanation! …not energy.
What a hell to run this government! Who is in-charge? It’s NO ONE IS. Our ship is full speed ahead into the REEFS for a wrecking adventure. Get your LIFE VESTS! . . . if ship has any.
Prepare to drown but cry first as there is this CRY-SIS. No one is in-charge.
the military retirados all appointees of duterte are power napping on the job! pastime nila yata yan to power nap much like thier ‘puon’ (term borrowed from jover of pinoy ako blog) power napping puon at palaging absent sa mga inauguration and celebrations be it edsa o bataan death march, etc. and his appointees are also absentees, there in person sa trabaho but not in mind and spirit. obedient and disiplinado and nothing more. no satisfactory output, no commendable productivity, no initiative and innovation, but ready to laugh and clap at joking digong and give him standing ovation.
in the meantime, vacuum is in charge! tungaw is in charge! measles is in charge!
vote otso diretso sa senado!
MAYNILAD says: maintenance, leaks detection, leak repairs. ATBPA. This company is also in-charge.
F*&%^ holy cow shit! Holy Moses are you somewhere? No water for 30 hours.
Summertime, and the livin’ is dry-easy
No-Fish are jumpin’ and the rotten is high
Oh, your suppliers are rich and your mala is no-good-lookin’
So hush little baby, Don’t you cry
One of these mornings you’re gonna rise up dingdinging
And you’ll spread your groins and you’ll take to the sky’s toilets
But ’til these mornings, there ain’t nothin’ you can damn you
With Daddy and Mammy standin’ crying by no one in-charging
A dried up life. A black hole sight.
it will come down to business with people buying tons of bottled water. then prices of bottled water will go sky high! bottled water business is new gold mine, lucrative! and the living is easy. bottled water imported from china.
Bad service. Dying days. Sitting in the dark. No electricity and water. No deep well. Unpredictable water service interruptions. No heads rolling. All warnings. Talking about penis. Crisis. No attention. All drug wars. Cabinet secretaries doing what pleases them. Filipinos forgiving people. Wala naman tayong magagawa. Wala namang mangyayari.
Suma total: Let’s run this government like HELL!
This is the only Hell where elections are held and coming on May 2019. New protocols in Hell. Vote for the idiots. Vote for the kawatans. Vote for the korupts. Vote for dynasty.. Vote! Vote! And VOTE FOR HELL!
Hope and wish government will care. Filipinos never die they just hell away.
This is the legacy of the infamous phrase I’d rather have a government run like hell by Filipinos than a government run like heaven by Americans! Natupad rin ever since spoken.
The theme of every PH government is Hell. The bad outnumbers whatever good there is. The whatever good that exist obviously does not appear but disappear. No matter what the voters do the elected never do. Why? Because Filipinos loves the Hell legacy.
Recently daw, the BLACK HOLE bigger than our solar system, was seen in space at a distance of about 50 million light years. No light escapes it. It is 6 million times bigger than our Sun. Filipinos have moved into a BLACK HOLE like it. What is at the other side or end of it? Scientists still do not know. Maybe Filipinos knows. . . it is hell. Never ending hell. Always ‘ending’ but never finally end.
You can reply through your vote in the May elections, especially in the Senate race to race for heaven. Good luck! Heavens bless you! .
The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has announced that clients can once again avail of online and mobile services.
“We are pleased to inform you that our online and mobile channels are now fully accessible,” the bank posted on its social media account.
“Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued patronage.”
My beef with BPI is this.
While I must stress that BPI has the most advanced online services, when they fail to deliver services big time – like what is happening now – they call it a “glitch” and they are not fined for it. At all.
When you or I fail to fund a check because of some emergency (like that time I had just given birth and forgot to fund a check) we are immediately fined for it and given a warning about violating the bouncing checks law.
Where is the justice in this?
Nannette Villaruz says
What is with bpi anyway. You withdraw your own money from a bpi branch but not the branch where you opened the account you are charged a 100 peso service fee. Is this service not supposed to be given free?
So bad I can feel yours and the others pain about the multiple glitches and bit..ches present in the country.
I realized the country, the PH, is now the loneliest place in the planet to those who understand and see the real situation. I truly can’t understand why the rest of million of voters are still tolerating this depleted third world country, why it never advanced from that designation is beyond me with the country marked as the # 2-3 in the using and knowledge of mass media.
It means the population is not aging well, millennial are sticking to their dumb characterization of shallow understanding of more significant issues in the country. Or is that the manifestation of Bahala na attitude that Raissa is talking about.
Even if we hammer the truth into their heads and plaster the real issues into their faces, nothing is going to happen to this loneliest planet. Maybe the BBC is right after all that the Chinese carved the Baguio Rice Terraces.
No more 8 wonders of the world, the pride and joy of the smartest ,innovative Ifugaos; the honor stolen from them. Many are still going to be grabbed by China, More people even Imee Marcos, are denouncing our heritage, culture and mineral ocean rich islands.
Yet, she is courting all people in every level of their status, elite and poor , fish mongers alike to vote and trust her . Only the fools would vote for her, but most poor, fish monger and elites would exactly do that because it is easier for them to fall victim, play grateful than become regretful of their mistakes .
The PH, the loneliest place in the planet is not a mistake that even The BBC would find it real.
begging your pardon po, netty. people may appear indifferent, but they are doing something. may kasong sinampa na vs china sa ICC, rallies are getting noisier and often. also, there are more pasaway that caused duterte to be have headaches and frustrations.
these days people value their own lives even if their lives mean nothing to others. they’ve been kicked, mocked, gutted, disrespected, marginalised, called all the bad names in the planet, and still they live! on their own terms and in their own wormholes. thier existence may seem to be of no purpose, baseless, useless and uneventful, but it’s their existence and they cling to it. and if they die, I cannot blame them for wanting to die of natural causes.
pls know there is push back, not the kind of razzmatazz push back being rushed, hankered and bandied about, potentially dangerous, deadly, attention grabbing and blood lusty, but push back nevertheless. a safe push back that does not cause unnecessary loss of lives, maybe mine and yours. simbako lang!
in my humble opinion, lives no are precious.
In this place of ours, many can see the many-more of the SOO-VERY-REINED tied up to do their worst in voting the very bad egged-candidates to public office.
It’s the baddest-worst scene one can see here. Soo-Few–the-good in their voice crying in the wilderness always outnumbered. This disease [ if it is a disease ] is incurable.
Wait for Yr 2022 for a hopeful change. But if no change, the disease continues on and on. A true-to-life in having an un-attainable democrazy theory.
The fear of what’s next on May 13 election coming. Be Not Afraid For I Will Be With You Till The End Of Time the religious phrase – meant for the SOO MANY!
and it must awfully annoying to imee that she has to sing and dance and sing and dance again just to make people vote for her. dati, all she has to do is ask the military to point gun at people’s head and her wish is suddenly their command.
2nd whammy is possibly waiting to deal the marcoses another blow. 1st whammy, voters denied bong marcos the vice presidency, close and yet so far! pinaasa pa naman si bong ng husto. marcos, marcos; thwarted thwarted. would be president and supposedly half sibling grace poe did not make it to malakanyang despite being almost forever number one sa polls, sure fire kuno to be president si grace that even rosemarie sonora came to attend presidential inauguration! only there no inauguration for grace, tinalo ni digong, e.
then bong marcos was also given the flick and did not become vice president, despite the billions of money spent on electioneering and sponsorships galore. to salve hurt ego, bong consoled self with election protest. and still no win in the offing. gusto kasi dagdag bawas when he only ask for recount. na off his high horse si bong. voters talaga are cruel and deny the marcoses the thrones.
and now imee marcos. both marcos girls gunning for senate seats, grace poe and imee marcos, sus, yakap yakap pa naman ang dalawa last 2016 election.
maybe another yakap is on the vertical, he, he, he.
otso diretso ako!
leona, my darling, my love and my life! ayan lumabas tuloy ang kataka-takataka ko, he, he, he, I could have said more kaso, kimpang ang tagalog ko! sinabi ko nuon pa na bagsak ako sa panitikan, hopeless ako dyan but my lack of finesse never stop me. so here goes!
there comes a time that me, we, and us must do what we can. if we cannot change the world, fine. if we can change the world, fine. what is important is we tried. failure is part of perfection after all. take it from me, failure specialist ako, he, he, he. and here I am my lord!
after may election, we wait the result. I’ll be deliriously drunk! and happy! sometimes sober but mostly happy! my doctor said i should be a dead drunk, but I always end up in emergency wards of hospitals and clinics, surrounded by people I barely know. I think I have a guardian angel! crazy like meself.
let’s do what we can, those we cannot do . . . will look after themselves.
there’s always tomorrow, ask orphan annie.
A ‘katol’ or itch like catalyst in the offing.
Sudan’s Bashir brought down by people he ruled with iron fist.
‘[ But ] his fate was sealed when the army bowed to the demands on the street and intervened on Thursday to oust Bashir, who swept to power in a coup backed by Islamists in 1989.’ The army. Army of Sudan is the protector of the State and the people.
Sudan never ‘a Party’ to the ICC. Bashir indicted in that court just the same.
Who is in-charge now in Sudan? Who knows no one is maybe.
leona, unlike the sudanese army, pinoy army are all waiting to retire and then be given top jobs in the public service. then they’ll travel with digong overseas, all expenses paid and charged to taxpayers.
and if retirados proved to be incompetent and next to useless in their new jobs, they’ll be recycled and given another top job.
. . . presidentS loves to appoint RETIRED military people to gov’t post! WhY?
1st answer: presidentS are AFRAID so much of their security of tenure.
2nd answer: retire mil people knows only ONE thing in life – YES SIR YES SIR! Obey first No complaints. . . not from the civilian sector who thinks first before YES SIR!
3rd answer: There is abundance of YES SIR supply from mil camps to get retirees.
FM started this technique during ML and all who followed after did follow thereafter. Pumutok kay Johnny Enrile at Mang Fidel lang resulting in EDSA 1. Why? Because these 2 guys got tired YES SIRS! he he
It’s DEMILCRACY and not democracy.
Believe It Or Nut * * *
weird thing is, duterte said he will never tell where he hid his stash of hoarded money. and then right on the gavel, BPI has computer glitch! and if I were to connect the polka dots, I’m scared to connect the dots! but will try anyway.
BPI was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of all that money, he, he, he. hindi nakaya ng computer, needed rescue, a mega good back up and ultra software upgrade.
in the meantime, walang tubig at walang electricity. and after BPI, there is BDO!
